Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, it is a flat $5.99 per order.
How long does delivery take?
We pack orders within one to two business days. Delivery time depends on where you are, and we will reach out if anything holds your parcel up.

What is your return policy?
If something is not a vibe, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused with the tags on. Message us below with your order number and we will sort it out.
Can I swap for a different size?

How do I find the right size?
Measure around the widest part of your pet's neck for collars, or their chest for harnesses and fits, then leave room for two fingers. Between sizes? Size up for fits and down for collars.
What if it does not fit?
No stress. Exchanges are free within 30 days, so you can swap for the size that works.

How do I wash Zoomies gear?
Most fits, blankets and bed liners can go in the machine on a gentle cold cycle. Air dry to keep colors bright. Each product page lists its own care details.
